Humans All Come from The Same Place

At the core of Noēsis are contentions that can be scientifically demonstrated. The immovable assumption, that human beings evolved on Planet Earth, is the most basic one. Evolution causes discomfort to 60% of humans, even as fossil records paint an increasingly richer picture of human origin. Origin Resistance is problematic to a sentient species. The resulting conflict might be assuaged through education. Tony starts with the basics.

Cruelty and Violence

These two related and ruinous bedfellows are relatively new to the human experience on Earth. The NATURE AND ORIGIN OF CRUELTY must be understood. A traceable crossover event – when Collaboration yielded to Acquisition – spawned unnatural behavior. Cruelty arose from the emotional trauma to the collective human heart and mind; a result of biology-based Collaborative human models being replaced by Acquisitive models. The latter dynamic forms a “meritocracy”, which is clinically foreign to the human mind. Its complications have been fatal to all human cultures.

A River That Leads To An Ocean

This video describes the immense diversity of available subject matters that await all visitors and donor partners of Noēsis. The expansive nature of our mission, to actively redirect a frightened and confused Humanity away from “Commitment to Extinction”, requires unwavering intelligence. Noēsis delivers! We describe the mathematics of all human dynamics, both the constants and the variables. Humans feel unsafe to VIEW themselves—Noēsis will change that. Cosmic Rarity is also a featured subject—Rare Earth, The Fermi Paradox, Drake’s Equation—much more. Any intelligent mission must feature a lack of BLAME or JUDGMENT. Neither of these concepts have remedial utility, nor do either of them apply at Noēsis.

Commitment to Extinction

Commitment to Extinction

Many conclude, wrongly, that Noēsis exists to forestall human extinction. In fact, it’s a much more sinister concern that plagues Humanity. 99.9% of all species to have ever existed on Earth are now gone. In each case, COMMITMENT to extinction happened long before the FINALITY of extinction. COMMITMENT is the point past which RECOVERY is a mathematical impossibility. The avoidance of COMMITMENT, and not the finality of extinction, is the goal for a sustainable Humanity. It’s a tall order because Commitment can only be deduced in retrospect. (Example: The Wooly Mammoth COMMITTED to its demise 20,000 years before the last Mammoth fell. Nomadic humans crossed over the Bering Strait into North America, 30,000 years ago. The Mammoth committed by that random event).

Evolutionary Timeline

Evolutionary Timeline

This video explains the basics of the human evolutionary timeline. Viewers will be able to understand the random events that combined to derail migratory human beings, who began to act in a clinically unnatural fashion, around 10,000 years ago, when they first settled into larger and larger populations. “Elements of Societal Control” were introduced. Acquisitive behavior was slowly encouraged, while collaborative longings were slowly discouraged.

The Human Injury

This video introduces viewers to the “The Human Injury”. The term is quite literal. An evolutionary crossover event – when Collaboration yielded to Acquisition – sewed the first seeds of resentment into the human experience. The human heart and mind were emotionally INJURED by the unnatural realities that formed under systems of meritocracy. For the first time, once-equal beings became either greater or lesser beings. The resulting dynamics were – and still are – fatal.

Fermi Paradox

“Fermi Paradox” and “The Great Filter”

Italian Physicist Enrico Fermi determined that any intelligent species would require only a billion years to fully colonize the galaxy. “The Great Silence” is therefore a reality that cannot be ignored. Mr. Fermi famously asked, “Where is Everybody??”. When he did, “The Fermi Paradox” was born. In answer to the paradox, “The Great Filter” suggests that intelligent life tends to destroy itself, as it navigates the rigors of technological childhood. Noēsis gently warns that Humanity is now in contact with “The Great Filter”. Will we survive it, or will we be typical, and succumb to it? This video introduces “Cosmic Rarity”.

non-concession

Non-concession

Noēsis has identified several main components of perpetual conflict among humans. One of them is “non-concession”, the human inability to concede a material fact. Non-concession springs from the primitive human belief that we are under attack. Primitive compulsions are at the heart of all human conflict. Understanding the machine-like action of these compulsions is vital to arresting human degradation.

The Case for Noēsis

The now-detailed, human evolutionary timeline allows Humanity for the first time to apply species-saving SCIENCE to defining itself. The human evolutionary journey on Earth was much more a matter of conjecture, even 100 years ago. Today, the data can be compared to a vast field of crops, awaiting harvest. The data can assist humans in not merely meeting themselves for the first time, but in KNOWING who we truly are. A process of discovery through education would allow human reintegration with baser compulsions that have reinvented. Humans would first need to forgive themselves, and only then to LIKE themselves as a species, to then CHERISH their rarity, and to finally PRESERVE themselves.

“The Human Condition” Redefined

A highly-detailed human evolutionary timeline was not available, even 50 years ago. This timeline has since become rich in detail. Humanity can now apply SCIENCE to defining itself for the first time! In fact, the available data is no less than a vast field of crops. Let’s get busy harvesting it. This data can assist humans in not merely meeting ourselves for the first time, but in knowing who we truly are. A process of self-discovery, through education, will allow reintegration with our baser compulsions. We humans will first need to forgive ourselves. We will then grow to like ourselves, cherish our rarity, and to preserve ourselves as a species.
