Human beings have normalized the insidious progression of human degradation.  Clinicians call this, “Inattentive Blindness.”

Quite suddenly, a helpless and frightened humanity can now see its own mortality on the horizon. 

Normalization will slowly trek to escapist behavior.  That is the logical arrival point.  Escapism is seen in the growing trend toward pleasure seeking and pain avoidance.  Modern humanity is dissociating from its pain.  This is further evidence of unnatural behavior.

Humans are built to evolve.  We are designed to quantify our pain, not run from it.

Normalization crowds out the quantification of human concerns.
